Architecting Vietnam’s Digital Trust Infra for Household Life
Rather than creating another marketplace, the model positions the household as the central operating unit. A unified Nhà Mình ID, verified asset and service passports, reputation records, embedded finance, and specialized AI agents connect nine interdependent products spanning mobility, property, home services, tourism, commerce, lending, insurance, household management, and institutional AI.
The architecture combines decentralized identity, blockchain-backed verification, zero-knowledge proofs, knowledge graphs, APIs, and multi-agent AI. The long-term strategy moves from a vehicle-passport entry point toward a household operating system and eventually an infrastructure layer that banks, insurers, businesses, and government services could integrate through trusted APIs.

Executive Summary
A leading commercial bank in Southeast Asia sought to accelerate growth beyond traditional banking channels while fundamentally elevating the customer experience across retail, household business, and small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) segments. Although the institution commanded significant market presence and brand equity, fragmented customer journeys, limited behavioral segmentation, and inconsistent value propositions constrained both customer acquisition and digital adoption. These structural challenges were compounded by an operating model oriented around products rather than customer needs, resulting in missed cross-selling opportunities and suboptimal resource allocation.
Our team designed and executed an enterprise-wide transformation program that integrated deep customer research, advanced segmentation analytics, human-centered service design, AI-enabled acquisition strategy, and operating model recommendations. The engagement delivered a prioritized growth roadmap, scalable customer propositions tailored to distinct behavioral archetypes, and an integrated service blueprint that now serves as the strategic foundation for the bank's long-term digital transformation agenda.
